No dj. Fairly good condition. Tan cover boards are soiled and worn. Outside edges are rubbed and the bottom front edge is frayed. Corners show bumping and small portion of spine at top and bottom is missing. Endpapers show foxing. A few smudges on pages and light foxing on some of pages. On pg 47 there is ink mark at top of page. The saga of the infamous Judge Roy Bean "The Law West of the Pecos". See his office/house in Langtry, Texas.
